Completed in 2020 this detached new build benefits from neutral, beach theme desing. The house was painted advanced, highly durable (class 1, PN-EN 13300) matt paint matched to numerous exceptional colours, such as: Farrow&Ball Wevet no. 273, Little Greene Slaked Lime no. 105, Farrow&Ball De Nimes no. 299 or Valspar Deep Blue. Ceilings were painted in full matt using emulsion that eliminates flashing and removes imperfections, leaving smooth surface.
